Archetypes of failures
We have already seen a lot of failures. Often they lead to ‘universal lessons’ to be learned; patterns or learned lessons that exceed a specific experience and could be applied in lots of other innovation projects. Based on these patterns, we developed 20 archetypes which can be used to identify a brilliant failure.
