Martijn Nawijn conducted research into the development of COPD and asthma in humans and used mice as laboratory animals. His research failed due to a technical problem. Nawijn knew nothing about this, because there is hardly any publication about failed studies. Thanks to a subsidy from ZonMw, Nawijn can now publish about his research. (Source: RTV North)
