Start this year, 13 January 2018 to be precise, Hawaiians thought they were being attacked by North Korean nuclear missiles, they got an emergency message on their phones. The message made many Hawaiians fear for their lives. Not 38 minutes later the next message came: false alarm. It turned out that someone from Miami accidentally pressed a wrong button: the alarm button instead of the test button. That pressing the wrong button could lead to so much commotion, proves the real problem was the system, not the one who pressed the wrong button. Despite that fact, whoever pressed the wrong button has been fired, while he would never have pressed the wrong button again.
