My own Brilliant Failure is in the realm of the internal organization. In the process of switching from permanent workplaces to flexible workplaces, I had allowed each team to make its own choices for the accommodation of the secretariat. This led to different forms of housing. I wanted to give my own teams freedom, but in the end it turned out differently.
