In collaboration with ZonMw, the Institute for Brilliant Failures has worked in recent years for a better innovation climate in healthcare.. Our goal is to increase learning capacity and stimulate innovative power in healthcare. We want a 'failed' project to not just be seen as a failure, but that this is seen as a learning process, an incentive to look critically and an impetus for improvement. With our activities we hope to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare by enthusing professionals and organizations to learn from outcomes and how to approach innovation projects. In addition, we want to encourage them to secure what they have learned in the organization and in the sector (double loop learning).
