Failures make progress. Like the institute, this trajectory is aimed at increasing learning capacity and innovative strength in the Netherlands.

The municipality is a dynamic and complex system with much interaction between different links and levels. As a result, preconceived plans sometimes turn out differently than planned.

How do you, as an employee and team, find the right balance between controlling, navigate, focus and agility? What risks do you take within a project and what room is there for experimentation? How do you deal with making mistakes?? Is there room to share these? How do you effectively put what you have learned into practice at different levels?

The first project has started in collaboration with the municipality of Amsterdam. The aim of this learning path is to emphasize the core value 'we learn from mistakes' and transparency, stimulate learning capacity and intrapreneurship. This is done in a safe environment in which employees are challenged to get started with self-reflection (innovation)projects and the ability to learn and share.

The program includes an inspiration meeting, Learning path Municipality of Amsterdam, a number of methods to reveal brilliant failures and a pitch session where the most brilliant failure/learning moment is chosen.
