The intention

Randstad Holding wanted to take a strategic position in The War for Talent in the second half of the 1990s.

The approach

Global brand 'Putting YACHT in the field of talent search and development. Yacht had to become a collaborative enterprise, community of shared values i.p.v. classic organization.

The result

It was not possible to actually bring this new community idea to life from an hour organization.

The lessons

Ambition level set too high, too little energy has been put into connecting the Executive Board and script on how to introduce a different dream and product form in an hour organization (gun factor).
