A Greek bartender accidentally put instant coffee instead of Nesquick chocolate powder in the blender.

The result

A super fast cold coffee: The Frappe has become an integral part of the Greek street scene. Even in neighboring Italy, coffee country par excellence, has the Frappe been adopted.

The lessons

Making mistakes often leads to new discoveries. The trick is to have an eye for unexpected results. Control freaks and people who find it hard to face their own mistakes, miss these kind of wonderful coincidences quite often in practice. Maybe now and then some more navigating instead of controlling. Summer is a good season for that.
