      Submitting a brilliant failure 

      The submission of a Brilliant Failure is simple:

      1. Answer 4 questions in the form (What was the intention, the approach, the result, what was learned). Additional information can be entered in 'Additional free text'.
      2. Add an image, click on 'Browse' and select the correct image. Note that the image should be in JPEG format.
      3. Add a video (You Tube). See below 'The award of a You Tube Video.
      4. Choose the category which best fits the Brilliant Failure.
      5. Include your name, address, zip code, city and country.
      6. Indicate your e-mail address. This must be a valid e-mail address for an e-mail confirmation.
      7. Click on 'Next'. Confirm your submission by agreeing with the conditions and click on 'Next' once again.
      8. You will receive an email informing you that you can activate your brilliant failure.

      Adding a YouTube video 

      To show a YouTube video with your brilliant failure, you must upload it at YouTube.

      If your video can be found on YouTube, you must copy the text relating to the video from the field "Insluiten" (Embed) to the field "Movie html".
